Just to clarify though... It isn't a Paphiopedilum. It could be considered a Phragmipedium but is usually known by its own genus with just one species, Mexipedium xerophyticum.
That is a nice Paph bellatulum, too.

Thanks for the compliment on my paph. The owner of this plant (and I really don't know him personally), the Mexipedium said it's a little pricely a plant and not easy to find, even as a seedling, which is how he started. It took him a while to find just the right conditions for it to flourish. But now that he has, he's even starting another large container with a splitting of this same species. He's had this for quite a few years! He said it's impressive when they all start blooming. This one bloom seen in my pics is one that jumped the gun of all the others.
It's such a beauty, I had to take pics and share.
And thanks for that info on it, as I really hadn't a clue.
