Only $400? Hold onto your credit card really, really tightly.

LOL

I really appreciate you all responding to my threads!!

Now w/ this one, Its in a small 4" planter w/ bark and moss.

It looks like the roots are deep w/in the planter and bark, and then the moss is covering the top of the planter surrounding the base of the plant.

I le t the moss dry out, and then get it moist again.

w/ my fogger and watering, i have been doing everything in my power to prevent water from condensing on the leaves or in the crooks.

Am i doing the right things for this guy?

what am i neglecting?

orchids are a deep fixation/addiction....once you learn to grow these babies you really get into em and every little change they go thru becomes the focus of your day, lol....i think you need to invest in a good orchid fert, and fert your new friends a little bit every now and again....better grow orchid fert from lowes or home depot is good and easily accessable...or you can order some special msu fert from an online supplier....you will eventually need some repotting supplies, i recommend either cal-west, repotme, or kellys korner, depending on where you live.....you need to study the aos culture sheets for the plants you have chosen, and learn to supply those parameters to your plants....lots to do and lots to learn.....gl
