I can't believe the bull%^&# sellers on ebay get away with when it comes to their auctions of orchids..

I mean misrepresentation of an item can mean a buyer can return the item and request/receive a refund [through some Ebay process I can't think of now].

It's also possible that they just don't know any better. There are many ebay sellers who are only selling for the money, not the love of orchids. If they buy a bunch of seedlings to resell because they hear they are popular that might really be all they know. I know of a few sellers just like that in fact. At the most I'd say blame them for not knowing the item they are selling, but I don't know if it is always malicious.
