Default Cypripedium parviflorum in bloom

My Cypripedium parviflorum are in bloom in my yard here in the ice box of the nation Minnesota Here where we have 48 species native to Minnesota. I planted these in 2006 and 5 flowers are on the plants.

Wow, those are pretty! One of these days I am going to go hiking in Minnesota so maybe I can see them growing in the wild.
