What a wonderful colour, i would not have guessed it was a Phrag though without you saying, I mean there is no sign of a slipper at all.

It's a prettly little flower all the same

Consider it a collectors item Ramon or call it a mutant. Anything that varies from the normal is frequently sought after. People go nuts over a lot of the varigated or mutated cacti. Anyhow, I agree with everyone else, the color is super. I have a Phal. that produces three or four spikes every year. One spike is normal flowers and the others are peloric. Odd that this should occur on the same plant. Originally they were all normal flowers and after a couple of years the peloric appeared.

That is beautiful! Nice photo too. I can see the tiny little hairs on the blossom. Carol

YAY! Ramón, your Phrag is beautiful. Even if the color is less intense this time, the color is still really fabulous. And the form looks great! Is this a relatively compact Phrag? It appears on the smaller side. In any case, looks like therapy helped.

Yvan, this plant is still young (first blooming this year!), and including spike it is not taller than 5" (LS 6")... quite compact, I would say

WOWZA! Boy, if it weren't so expensive to get this guy over here, I'd be snapping one up in no time, psychological problems or not! That is downright petite!

The next time it blooms it could be normal. I had a Phal last year that had two lips on about half of the flowers and this year it bloomed normally.

This year I have two Phals that have half of the flowers that came out peloric. They are so weird looking that you would never guess them to be Phals.
