Hi Joella. I agree with Gin and Gloria's assessment and would only add that if it's only been in S/H for a couple of months it could be experiencing some stress from the transition. If it's growing a new fan that's good news. You may need to water it a bit more frequently until it estabilishes itself in S/H. The pot looks a little dry at the top. :goodluck:

Your reservoir looks dry. How often are you watering it? It may be turning a little yellow from drying out. My understanding is you can't overwater a Phrag in S/H. I've seen some posts where Phrag owners water their plants every day.
