Yvan, I think my grower said this stays more on the compact size (small for Phrags) but I don't remember exactly. My plant right now is still small, only about a 7 inch leaf span. I gave up on my quest for a compact Phrags. I'm just going to buy a HPS fixture next winter and get about 20 more Phrags of whatever size.

Oooh...that sounds pretty compact for Phrags...Yeah, the search for smaller Phrags such a quest! And my growing space right now is too small. But I love these pink Phrags so much!! I'm going to have to convince my bf to let me expand my area.

Yvan, if you LOVE PINK Phrags, like the bicolor petals and need a small one, you should check out Ryoko Urabe. I've seen this one at the greenhouse before and it does stay pretty compact for a Phrag. Orchid Web: Phrag. Ryoko Urabe

I don't give a hoot about size anymore (I will MAKE space) because I really want one of thesePhrag. Fritz Schomburg 'Prarie Rose' - Slippertalk Orchid Forum- The best slipper orchid forum for paph, phrag and other lady slipper orchid discussion!
