Cool Reblooming Phrag Besseae's

I am fairly new to growing Phrags and all mine are either Besseaes or are crossed with a Besseae. I would like to ask all growers of Phrags this question: If you were to do one (or two) things to ensure a healthy (this includes reblooming) of your Phrags, what would that be?

I agree that good water and light do help. In addition depending on your mix, a annual repotting seems to invigorate these plants. Phrag besseae loves to have wet "feet" and a saucer filled with water works well for it and it's hybrids. They grow the best and bloom best in cooler weather in the fall and spring.
