yeah looks like the page is screwed up. Glen had slides where he showed one of the plants in a 3 gallon pot. He says he divides them now and uses no bigger than a 1 gallon pot.

All of these were growing in 12" or larger pots; though they were in "bulb" type pots as opposed to azalea pots.

I had to laugh when I heard that myself.

Yeah, I've got this ultra rare orchid that is growing and reproducing like crazy, so I have to whack the crap out of it regularly and downsized to a 1 gallon pot because it was just getting too big and getting in the way.

Damn! I wish I had that problem.

His Phrags are vigourous he showed me one plant that he divided into 6 LARGE plants!!
