If it were mine, I would not rush to divide it. I'd rather have multiple spikes next time. There comes a point where the pot is overwhelmed, but don't be in a hurry. Enjoy the next show, even better than this one because there will be more.

Oh no, I am a "big orchid" person. I would rather have a giant many lead plant then a bunch of small divisions. The only time I ever get divisions is when something happens to "fall off."
