It's a really pretty variety for sure, and maybe it's the photo but it looks quite small.

Yes, this species can be a little challenging to grow. But that scent is unbeatable, and in my opinion one of the best in the orchid family. I like that your plants foliage is very clean, which adds to its attractiveness. Congratulations on growing and blooming this one.

Very nice; I don't have this one in my collection, but I think I might need to find one

Secrets on growing the Jensoa Cyms:
1) repot every year
2) never shorten a good root from a green bulb as they do not branch as most Cym roots do. (Twist them gently back into the pot when repotting.)
3) plant in a tall pot.
4) use a well draining mix.

Congratulations!
It looks great. Just a note on fertlization: Asian Cymbidiums (C. ensifolium, C. sinense, C. goeringii, C. faberi, and C. kanran) don't like fertilizer. The roots are very sensitive to fertilizer. Also, since this is a veriegated variety, if you fertilizer too much, you will loose the veriegation!
