First flower this year of Cym. (Speckles 'Bold Vision' JC/AOS AD/CSA x Splatters 'Flamenco')

I like it so much I'm posting now even though it has three spikes with 8-12 buds each, so will update thread as it opens.

The flower reminds me a bit of Pinata 'Erika' (which I have; I'm sure there are many other better comparisons with hybrids of which I'm not aware)

Wow, really beautiful!

The name reminds me of the inside of the office microwave.

A puppy or the wind knocked this plant over, so now we have a huge cymbidium spray on the kitchen table! There are two more still on the plant so not a tragedy

Very nice, both on the plant and in a vase on the table. Orchids and dogs, gotta love 'em both!
