These are not easy group of species to keep happy. If they are putting out new growth, at least you are half way there. That said, they like cold, dry winters, and warm humid summers. Check the web site Orchid Species by Steven Early and see if he gives cultural tips on goeringii. Also keep in mind that many species have been grouped as goeringii and take slightly different conditions.

As Cym Ladye stated these are tricky; I have a few in my collection and her advice is spot on; warm and wet from mid spring (mid April) to about the end of September. Then drastically reduce watering, and increase both shade and air circulation; I maybe water twice a month from October to February, and never so much as to have the media get thoroughly wet--think of it more as a 5 minute light rain--ie if you were walking about outdoors you'd need neither an umbrella nor a slicker--the top 1/4" of soil would get wet, but that's about all. If you're in a cold greenhouse, just stick them under a bench of resting plants. About Valentine's Day, you should see spikes breaking the media about 1/4" from the bulbs; at this time give them a bit more light, but do not water. When the spike is 1-2" long and the bud has begun to swell, give them a light watering; they should bloom out by mid March. Slugs especially love the forming spike, so watch out for them.
Good luck!
