Eulophia speciosa is a common Eulophia growing along the south east coast of South Africa. It is the floral emblem of the South African Orchid Council. This plant was photographed at the Pietermaritzburg Orchid Society Show 3 - 5 September so it is in cultivation. From the short flower spike I would guess that this plant is grown in full sun. I do not grow it but I should imagine it is grown in well drained grit. The colour is a bit too blue
