Cym dayanum is one species which would grow under lights quite nicely as it can be kept small and still produce inflorescences of pendent flowers. Others to consider would be ensifolium, pumilum and sinense. A good reference for the Cym species is Stephen Early's site

You could also check out some of the primary hybrids. Cym Miss Muffet, a cross of devonianum x pumilum is just one example of a very rewarding small plant to grow under lights.
