i really don't know - i don't have the resources to do it at home... one set is just a plain yellow nothing fancy at all. the other would be fun to grow.

There are threads here of people doing flasking home-brew. Check out a young Italian gentleman whose name I can't recall.

Sow some at the base of your plant. You might be surprised at what comes up!

Have you looked into a flasking service?

G&S in Santa Barbara does flasking and so does Mrs Roots Orchids in Southern Ca. and Casa de las Orqideas in Solana Beach, CA. If you do not know the parents, I personally would not put a lot of money into flasking considering you will have to order a minimum of 10 flasks per pod with 25-30 little seedlings in each flask! You can do the math!
Proliferating over 1200 unknown seedlings is definitely NOT RECOMMENDED for the hobbyist grower. Some flasking services also will not take pods which have broken (dry seed).

Rockbridge Lab Services can flask seeds, open pod or not. I can't recall their fee, but I'm thinking it was $25 -$35 for the initial flasking and a similar fee to replate. Added later: I meant to provide their e-mail address: rockbridgelabs@yahoo.com
It takes a _LONG_ time to get mature plants from your seeds. It can be fun though, and if you know the identity of the parent plants, and the cross you make is unique, you can name and register the hybrid.
