There are several registered hybrids with Cymbidium Golden Elf and Grammatophyllum scriptum in their ancestry. This is one of that type, though it is not possible to be certain it is one of the registered ones, like Grcym. Memoria Nathan Newman.
Since the Cym. ensifolium parent of Golden Elf is a lowland species with temperature preferences similar to Gram. scriptum, none of these hybrids need cool growing Cym. conditions. Treat them like Grammatophyllum, though they probably have some cold tolerance too.
