When all culture excuses fail, blame it on the weather.

Thanks. It is a native orchid here and is said to also found in other countries in east Asia.
I have a white version of it and i will closely observe if it will bloom recently.

What part of Taiwan does it grow in? What is the climate like where it grows?

It grows in central mountain region of Taiwan, at the elevated of 200 meters to 1000 meters. Therefore, it like warm and humid weather.

You might try more light and more air movement during the growing months. I cannot see the size of the plant but these are prodigious bloomers on mature plants. I regularly get 8-10 spikes on plants in 5" pots.
