You might try more light and more air movement during the growing months. I cannot see the size of the plant but these are prodigious bloomers on mature plants. I regularly get 8-10 spikes on plants in 5" pots.

It also happily grows outside or in an unheated greenhouse in Northern California. I saw one at our club meeting Friday night with 20+ spikes on a plant in a 1 gallon pot.
