Question Cymbidium spike? Or growth?

Hello guys !!

So i have my cybidium for 4 years now and i saw these 2 shoots coming out.is it a spike? If not, is it a growth? I really want to know because this is a noID.btw,sorry for the fungal infection, i moved it to my balcony and now its recovering .Im just gonna call it a flower spike...i hope it will be

The first photo shows new growth.
The second one, I'm not certain. If you gently squeeze it and it feels hollow, it's a spike.

Difficult to tell. They are difficult to tell apart until the buds start forming, spikes are usually a bit more rounded at the tip and if you feel them gently you can feel the buds inside as they start to develop.

The way the top is opening on that I would guess it's a growth, but it could go either way.

Both growths. Note the pointed tips and layered sheathing.
