Default Cymbidium aloifolium

It is a widespread in southeast Asia. Although it is not native to my country, it is commonly grown here.

Very cool species. And wonderfully tolerant of wide fluctuations in temperature (in my experience). Congratulations on your lovely blooms.

This may be a "very cool species" but it is a warm grower with rank, coriacious type foliage. Do not let it go below 45F, preferably 50F, if you want to keep happy and healthy.

My plants grow outdoors all year round. Here in my area the temperature range from 5'c to 35'c.
They grow happily after finishing blooming, especially during the spring rainy days.

Widespread in south East Asia??? Really??? I haven't seen it anywhere. I am hopeless with Cymbidiums cause I think they need a temperate climate. I have one plant which after the flowers died, doesn't seem to be doing so well. Am now reading up on all the helpful posts here... I'd like to try a few more. If anyone has info on which types do well in my climate in South East Asia (hot tropical Singapore), I'd be grateful
