Default Cymbidium NoID questions

I just bought a couple of NoID Cymbidiums (medium/large) on clearance, and has some specific questions on potting mixes and fertilizer regimes. I haven't un-potted them yet to check for root health and to see what kind of mix they are currently in, but from the look of the top of the pot it's a medium bark/sphag mix. They just finished blooming (thus the clearance) and they both have new-ish growth on them. Should I continue with the low nitrogen fertilizer, or start them up on high nitrogen now that they are done blooming? Should I re-pot now, or wait until spring? Any "magic" mixes for temperate climate and slightly above average rainfall? I have lots of experience with epi's, but very little to no experience with terrestrials.

Most Cymbidiums are semi-terrestrial - growing in the organic litter above the ground surface. They aren't too fussy about potting media - media should retain moisture, while draining well. Medium bark mix is often used. I have my hybrids in a mix combination of medium and fine bark chips. Pot should also drain well, and not be left standing in water.

I'd probably wait til spring when there is new growth before repotting. I don't use low nitrogen fertilizer at all. Right now, being finished blooming you can get away without much fertilizer.

Here are a couple good links to care info
