Okay just got my cymbidium in the roots were all rotted. I have no idea what the heck the "potting media" supposedly was but never again will I order from this vendor on ebay @ orchid prints ever again. Here is what my orchid now looks like

What do I do with it? How do I save it! When it blooms it should be just gorgeous!
