What do I do with it? How do I save it! When it blooms it should be just gorgeous!

I'm not an expert, so really just wanted to say sorry you received this bad plant. It always sucks when this happens. The only thing I am doing when I am in this situation is clean dead roots, and use seaweed to push new roots. But there should be some more experience members helping you soon:-) Hope it will make it!

Clean it up, put it in something fairly free-draining and seaweed extract sounds good. If all else fails, treat it like backbulbs. Clean the bulbs, put them in a bag with a bit of moist growth medium and forget about it. There's a good chance it will sprout.

HI AND YES, i had similar experience yesterday, but I must say my orchid was still in much better shape (sorry to say that). Rosie moved my thread to section "VENDOR FEEDBACK" so I would definitely go ahead and post the info about seller there, to alarm others. At least, by us dealing with this, we can prevent other buyers to get such a bad plants! Now, regarding seaweed, I ordered mine from Amazon, pretty good price, and if you would happen to be Amazon Prime member, there is always free 2 days shipping with any order. I also read about sugar and water recently when getting orchids and potting them, but I am not sure what sugar does and it seems like you would have to wash it after soaking it in sweet water anyway, so I would not go there. I use seaweed for last 2 months and I see really big difference in the roots of my orchids, so I worship this stuff now!
Regarding the brand, Maxi Crop is sold by Amazon, I am not using that one but is says pure extract so I assume it will be the same as I am using which is Grow More.

I got a 32 oz bottle free shipping online through ebay. For 28. I got the gro more to had better stats.
Yeah the entire middle was black and mushy ewwww. So I will put it in a zippy bag with wet spaghum I guess? Is that the spag and bag method?
Now do I stick the whole plant in there? Or just the roots area, where would I need to put it?

I use recommended amount, which is 1 tsp per gallon, and for miniatures or smaller ones even weaker. But pretty much whatever it says on the bottle. Some orchids once a month, vandas and bare root even more often, bulbophyllums seems to love it as well.

This plant may look dreadful to you, but it is not in dire straits. You have what is known as a "green bulb and growth", a common type of division. From your photos, your plant now looks clean. Almost any mix that has been in the pot too long, will break down and turn to mush. That does not mean it was bad to start with.
You do need to apply any solutions, just let it dry 24 hours before you pot it up. Then, simply pot it up in an 80% fir bark or CHC (cocoanut husk chip) with 20% perlite mix in a 5" or 1-gal plastic pot. DO NOT OVER POT IT! I do not know where you grow your orchids, outside or in a greenhouse, but put it in a semi-shaded area and treat it as you do your other Cyms.
There will be more roots coming from the new growth and they will emerge faster with a regular light fertilizing. Either use a balanced, slow release pellet-type as Dynamite on the top of the pot, or apply a dilute water soluble mix on a "weakly/weekly basis, whichever is easier for you.
It may be a couple of years before your plant blooms but with care, it will definitely survive.
