Pescatorea wallisii seed pods Male
Default Pescatorea wallisii seed pods

Hello everyone:
A month ago I posted pics of my Pescatorea wallisii that I was able to self pollinate - thought I would show the pods as they have developed in about one month -

They almost look like edible fruit, but I am not going to try it!
Any ideas on how long it takes for these to mature? I think I asked last time, but got no response that I remember.
Any info appreciated!
Steve

I see that Ecuagenera has flasks for sale - you should e-mail them and ask them.
They also have a wide range of 4N flasked plants available....and I know how much you like 4N ! Prices appear reasonable too.

Bottles available -

These Maxillaria relatives might have their seed pods ripen right around summer time. Probably early to mid summer.
