Default A few survivors from the hailstorm

These were some of the spikes that were not damage when our shade house collapse due to the hailstorm.

Cym. Penny's Worth

That is amazing ! It survived the hailstorm and bloomed beautifully...my cyms are sulking this season...I only have one mini that bloom for me end of November...hopefully this spring my other cyms would spike

I love that first one especially which reminds me of one I have (although mine is not doing well). Glad some of them have survived to flower well for you

Those are beautiful! It's hard to believe that you have hail storms in southern California.

I was devastated when I saw the damage. Some of my 1 gal. pots have as many as 7 spikes and over 10 spikes on the 2 gal. pots but I was lucky enough that a lot of them have been saved.

My neighbor told us that they've been living here for 50 something years and this was the first time she's seen it.

Sorry to hear about the hail storm. You seem to be a true cym. lover so I know you will pick yourself and your cymbidiums up and keep on going. The pictures you post are always nice to see.
