Cymbidium spiking, what to do

I have 3 Walmart mini's starting to spike. I find lots of info on how to get to this point but now I have two options. Which do you guys think is better for the spikes?
Option 1:
Where they are now...
In my unheated garage, on a north windowsill, supplemented with 2 -4ft t8 fluorescents right on top of them. Not the best lights but about 1500fc of constant light hitting the top leaves. Temperature stable at 58f day time and 53f night. Humidity70%

Option 2:
Move them into the greenhouse.
Heated 68-74f daytime, bit higher this time of year on a sunny day. 52-55f nighttime. No extra supplemented light, so max 500 fc on cloudy days, ( which in winter here is most of the time) to few hour of 3000fc on sunny days. Humidity 75- 80%

What do you think is better and faster for spike development? Is it just high night time temps that cause bud blast or with cym's is it day or night highs.

The photos above were taken last week, looking at the spikes today. They are slowly developing where they are, but which option is better

I'm not sure how these respond to being moved as some orchids blast when the conditions change. I really don't know with these as I usually move them before they start spiking.

Anyway, at this time of year mine are in a greenhouse at about 40F night, 50F day (on a sunny day). They seem to be spiking well and buds are developing well.

I don't really have much experience, I just know that seems to have worked the last couple of years. I move them in there in October when it's still warmer outside, before I start heating the greenhouse, that way the temps change gradually for them as the weather cools down, the greenhouse is then only heated to keep it above 50F and not much more.

I would not change locations or care until they bloom.

Sounds like the spikes will develop just fine at the temp they are, I'll leave them where they sit.

Mine developed quite quickly from start of spike to flowers in two months. They were already about like yours at the end of Oct. when I moved them into the greenhouse to avoid freezing. Our greenhouse is 65F day and 55F at night. However they sit right by the patio door and I really think it would be a few degrees colder there.

Have had a lot of problems moving plants in when in spike - bud drop. Would not even consider moving them with the temperatures you indicated.

I didnt move my mini by the fire escape even when the snowstorms arrived last halloween...the cement walls warmed it at night...its when it opened all its blooms that I let it inside the room and be the centerpiece of the dining table for the holidays...its still gracing my table as of now
