Default Cymbidium finlaysonianum

A simple cymbidium species native in Philippines. Bought four months ago and surprisingly rebloomed even not so established yet.

WOW!!! That is incredible! If it can achieve an inflorescence like that when it isn't even established, just imagine it after a couple of years!

This one doesn't have any scent and thanks you like it. This is my only cymbidium in the house

Give this robust growing species the environment it wants (hot, bright, and humid) and it will bloom well and soon grow you out of house and home.

Pheli,

Assuming you are giving it enough warmth, try giving it more light.

BTW it also really likes to be crowded in the pot to bloom. It grows easily and will put most of the energy into leaves and grow shoots if you let it. By containing it, it forces blooming. It does take several years and has to be a rather large plant to bloom however
