My cymbidium may be dying.

I was given two cymbidiums from my manager at work. They were both nearly dead when she gave them to me, and I took them in to see if i could get them healthy again. One of them is doing great, still no blooms, but more leaves and roots. The other was doing great in the beginning yet now it's getting worse. It has only three leaves on it and one of those is dying. I don't want to give up yet, and I need a good way to revive this cymbidium.
