Disagree with some of the posts this time - Not a cym expert but I do have around 2000 - dont start cymbidiums in a wet mix - spag in bag is out in my opinion. Better to put them in a cool as possible -shady place and mist the leaves often. This is one time when the media should stay a little dry. Wet starts - rot.
