Default Cymbidium No ID
I've had this one several years -
I have been trying to get more blooms on this one, previously have got 2-3 blooms per spike, with a maximum of 3 spikes. This year it has 5 spikes with 5-7 blooms per spike, with the exception of one spike with only 2 blooms.
So, it's moving in the right direction. Thanks to OB members who have helped me with advice regarding controlled release fertilizer

It's beautiful!! Very nice job growing it. I'm curious to know how you are fertilizing it, since it seems to make such a difference for you.

Camille - I've been using controlled release fertilizer (nutricote 14-14-14), but before I started using that, I was very bad about fertilizing the cyms, since I usually water them with the hose while I am watering in-ground plants outside - so the cyms seldom got fertilizer. I may try some supplemental water soluble fertilizer in addition to the pellets - if I remember
