so any help plzz
2- Get rid of all dead or sick tissue. When you are repoting inspect root system, cut all dead roots, is there fungal activity? faul smell? Clean all that, drench in fungicide before repoting.
3- Give it a good shower preferably with rain water.
4- Place in another place, hopefuly sunny and well ventilated.
The slow death you have described sounds like "death by over watering". Even without a photo, your plant sounds beyond help. Even if you are able to salvage a bulb or two, it will be years before it gives you pleasure with blooms. My hard hearted suggestion is to consign it to the trash can and start with another blooming plant.
