Default Cymbidium "Hazukihani"

I just got a young cymbidium that had a label "Cymbidium Hazukihani".

Has anybody heard of this hybrid?

I really would like to see a picture of it, or know something about it.

Searching the web does not return much.

Thanks,

Rodrigo

No listing in Orchidwiz for Hazukihani. Must be a varietal name.. sadly more and more vendors are moving to only listing a varietal name which for many of us with special considerations make it less interesting. You'll have to just wait to see if you like it when it blooms and then relegate it to the 'No Name' category, but I like it.

A Google search of "Hazukihani" led me to understand that it may be a cultivar of Cym. Cinderella, as supplied by Matsui Orchids

Hi Ray.
Thanks!
You are right about Matsui Nursery being the source!
I guess I'll have to wait till it blooms to see how it looks like

That would make sense. There is no record of it having been registered with the RHS under the Hazukihani grex name.
