my backbulb has sprouted, now what?

Hi,

I stuck this back bulb in LECA and now I have a sprout.

This is my first attempt at this. Should I give it bright light or keep it somewhat shaded? I keep it damp but not wet. It's in a greenhouse so it has decent humidity and air circulation. I don't want it to rot after all this.

Any hints?
