Nice find....

But it doesnt look like a Gram speciosum seedling. It could be a Gram scriptum seedling judging by the look of the pseudobulbs and leaves which is too wide for speciosum.

I'm sorry to tell you, those are not seedlings of Gramm. Speciosum. There are two types of Grammatophyllums. You may have scriptim or elegans there-the two types are bulbous bulbs or cylindrical bulbs. Trust me, do research..
Also, Look closely at how the leaves grow on the speciosum and then your plants....
