I didnt try Multicote but was very interested. It looks like a very good formula. Noone I have easy access too, stocks it, for one thing and the second problem is that the unused portion of the bag really should be refrigerated to keep it from continuing to release. My collection just isnt big enough to use a whole 50 pound bag at once. If it were sold in smaller lots and was readily available it probably is the fertilizer I would use.

Please let me know White Rabbit if you try it. I plan to try it on Catts and Oncidium intergenerics.

Tropic One, I found the Multicote in a 2# bottle at Lowes. It was being sold under the brand name "Lilly Miller". It was the 18-6-12 with trace elements formula. It is supposed to be an 8 month continuous feed. I can't remember how much the 2# cost, but knowing me, not too much!!

Lilly Miller? really? I just got some of that for the flower bed and other outdoor flowering plants - not sure which one it is - the one I got is in a box - and was very inexpensive
