Taking cold tolerant plants in during predicted cold weather is always an iffy decision for me. It depends largely on how confident you are in your local weather man. From what I have experienced, I have none so my rule is: don't risk any desirable plants. Risk those that are less desirable if you have duplicates and have a need to determine their cold tolerance. If determined to be cold tolerant to a certain degree then it can sure save a lot of time and trouble of taking them in during the cold snaps. If I had a buck for every time I said that I was tired of taking plants in and putting them out again, I would certainly have lots of money.

My rule is everything goes into the room with the doors/windows closed and the heater set at 50-52 whenever they're predicting anything close to that above 50 or anything below it. The Cyms only get moved inside if the temps are in the range of the low 40s or below
