Taking cold tolerant plants in during predicted cold weather is always an iffy decision for me. It depends largely on how confident you are in your local weather man. From what I have experienced, I have none so my rule is: don't risk any desirable plants. Risk those that are less desirable if you have duplicates and have a need to determine their cold tolerance. If determined to be cold tolerant to a certain degree then it can sure save a lot of time and trouble of taking them in during the cold snaps. If I had a buck for every time I said that I was tired of taking plants in and putting them out again, I would certainly have lots of money.
