Please help. brown spots on new cymbidiums Female

Thanks for all the help.

The plants are only yellow below the line at the bottom of the plants which is good. The scale came off very easily as soon as I wiped it so I think it had already been treated.

I can't find any cymbidiums in Toronto. Clouds orchids sells them online but will only ship when it's warm. I'll let you know if I find any!!
