Yes they are a little too bunched this is because I was unable to get to the plant while they were opening

I usually position the flowers around the spike so that they face correctly , but I have been too busy building my new shade house

I know the feeling. I am building a pergola which I keep putting on pause so its gradually getting there. So time being precious, I have to devide amongst sooo many things I love to do and some I have to do.

Nice color, thanks for showing me what it looks like, I have a large plant that was given to me by a freind and it didn't bloom this year, hopefully next spring.

It needs a cold period to initiate flowering can you do this where you live ?
