I have been told by the experts that there are 2 types of Cymbidium eburneum. The ones that grow more like a Vanda (more monopodial in growth), and have only one flower per inflorescence and those that grow more like a Cymbidium (sympodial) and have multiple flowers. The first type is what I recognize as this species and I suspect the second is a hybrid. Anyway here is my photo of my plant of the first type.
I have it and have researched it in Orchidwiz and Bakers culture guide. Mine is thriving but have not had it long enough to claim to be and expert. It needs low light in mid summer with heavy rainfall. In Fall and Spring the cloud cover is a lot less so you need high light and less water. It will withstand temperatures ranging from 95 to 32. Am in the process of moving mine around to see which growing area is best. Wonder which of us will bloom ours first. I started mine as a 3 in seedling last year - it is growing well in Florida - wonder if I can get it to flower.

I get thru Fayetteville on the way to visit sons in Cary and Chapel Hill. Do you have lots of cymbidiums? I like them best of all the orchids. Growing them in Florida is
challenging.
