Des,
Am a complete novice when it comes to hybridizing but sure am interested. Sounds like a good cross but the better opinion would come from the other forum.

I am also a novice when it comes to hybridizing,
but like to try . I am a little hesitant to ask the other forum as the chances are I will be shot down in flames!!

What I do understand about hybridizing is that it takes a lot of time and resources to bring a hybrid to flower. When I do hybridize I would rather be shot down by and expert before I start than to waste time and resources. So I may go down in flames once in a while.
