Any chance of getting a picture of it or its offspring?

The best photo that I have seen is on Eric Hunt's website. The plant is owned by Andy of Andy's orchid. That is where I got my plants. I have a large division and several seedlings.

Just grow as the same way you would for, erythostylin since both of them are related species. It's fairly new to the cultivation, being recently discovered and not much selfing has been done. Cym. erythostyling can tolerate warmer condition than most other cymbidium. I grow mine intermediate during winter and cooler during summer as the plant flower early fall, as early as July/August.

I think Andy has a couple of hundred seedlings for sale. I bought a 3" pot for $25.00 each.
Best Regards

Are you talking about Andy's Orchids? I tried the Orchid Mall (AOS Website) and there was no website for Andy's and in fact the listed E-Mail address didnt work. Maybe you are talking about some other Andy.

Andy's Orchids does indeed have them; Andy offerend me one when I called to place my project 6 plant order...though I bought a Cym. mastersii instead--my wenshanense is growing along at a good clip, so we'll see how she fares this winter with the rest of the cymbids in my GH
