Des, Thats a good grower too - 30 mos is quick. Putting a pan of water under the pot really is working for you. I have a plant that was just puttering along and not growing well and I put it in a two inch pan of water under it and it sucks the pan dry every day even with rain and is growing like a weed. Each plant is differant though - not all of them use as much.

Des, I see your cym is in the house...was that for a picture or do you usually grow indoors? What catches the water or do you carry outside to water...looks too heavy for me to care for but I really do like cyms and wish I had some. They usually grow too big for the space I have.

Don , I bring anything I think is good inside so that I can appreciate them while in flower. I take them outside to be watered . Once it has finished flowering it will go back to the shade house again . Provided you dont grow them too big they are not that heavy. Anything larger than a 250 mm pot becomes too large and heavy for me to handle, so I tend to divide the plants once they outgrow a 250 mm pot . With one exception this year I have seedling which has 8 spikes on it and it is in a 300 mm pot I am hoping to get it to our show in August , I will have to ask one of the guys for for some help with that one!
