Very nice, Des. Is this one considered one of the 'warm growers'?

Looks like one that I have which is a warm grower. Pendulous type that had 6 spikes, 25-30 flowers each. Wonder if they are cousins????

There are a lot of cymbidiums that looks similar. There are so many hybrids it's amazing.

That one would probably tolerate warmth as well, provided it got a cool down during Autumn/Winter to initiate the spike. Well I imagine it would.

Don , that is very similar. Mine comes from a large plant that I broke up because it was starting to look scrappy. I gave most of the divisions to friends, and kept 3 they have just started flowering again this year. I have always wanted to put Ruby Eyes onto Katydid
to see if I can get one with a red lip but my Ruby Eyes flowers in August , so i would have to store the pollen for nearly a year which I think is too long

Bolero, a friend of mine gets his cool growing Cyms. to flower quite well in Durban, by placing the pots into ice buckets . He seems to have worked out the right times to do this. I see you live in Geelong, I have been there ,
My Sister used to live there , She has now moved to lakes entrance. My Daughter has just emigrated To Melbourne to get away from the crime here .
