Bought a Bifrenaria harrisoniae today. Did a bunch of research online after. Am I correct to think that it's culture is identical to Catasetums (very bright light, dry winter rest, lots of water and fertilizer when growing)?

Another thing, do they like wet feet or should they dry out between watering during the growing season?

I water mine all year. If I don't keep them moist during the growing season they suffer.

Can I ask what medium you have it in? I've been debating repotting it in my usual sphagnum-bark mix, but I'm getting the impression from looking online that they're usually potted in very chunky and loose medium. The guys I bought it from had it potted different from their other plants (its in chunky lava rock) and I'm realizing that it dries out quite a bit faster than I like.

I use semihydroponics, in LECA. From habitat photos I guess it grows in dead leaves accumulated between rocks.
