i know, but my main concern right now is to save the plant. once that is done, I'll make things more suitable for her to bloom.

so, it turned out that it is not mealybugs I'm facing.
these creatures move like ant and they are quite like ants, only their color is white and the sort of jump when they come in contact with soup-alcohol solution, they cant be whiteflies since they don't fly and they are not mealy bugs since they move fast. i don't know what the are honestly.

they were all over the pot and i had to take the plant out of the pot to disinfect the lecca and the plant. right now the plant is in a water culture sort of situation and i have soaked the lecca with soap and hot water . maybe even i boil them.

do you have any idea on what i am facing and what is the solution?

Look up photos of springtails. They feed on dead plant material and don't cause harm to living plants.
