I love a lot of different orchids and would seriously have trouble eliminating most of the others but if I had to...yep, B nodosa would be the one that stays.
That's a great choice. Every time my mom comes over she comments on how interesting it is. I keep offering her a division, but I don't think she wants to get addicted. I'll keep offering though!

I can see why that would be your top choice! If I had a plant with that kind of sentimental value it would head straight to the top of my list too!

My mom used to take me to Frank's nursery when I was little to pick out crafts!! We drove by what used to be an old Frank's the other day, she said she really misses going to Frank's!

Default yes fondly remembered

Frank's was the cause of my orchid growing habit. I like many thought that they expensive and difficult. My first orchid was TLC beautiful purple for $9. I did kill that one. I got also got a nice dendrobium -noid planted in a block of wood so it could not be overwatered.

My old timers are my favorites: A Pot Haiku Gem, A golden tang, Sharry-baby.

If I really really had to choose just one it would be Masdevallia veitchianna. It just grows and grows and never stops flowering. It started tiny, was the reason I bought a greenhouse, and I just love it.

But I would hate to only have the one... I need all the others too

Hmmm, interesting thread...if I had to narrow it down to just one I think that I'd be with Rosie, Masd. veitchiana...now that I have all that gh bench space freed up I might as well increase my epiphytic cactus collection though...

I got it from a friend that owns a Floral Business and it had quit blooming so he gave it o me. I did not know how to take care of it properly and it took me 2 years to get it to re-bloom when it did I was in Love

Even over my Mannii and my Equestris which I also Love

I hope I never have to make such a decision in real life, but hypothetically, from all my plants this one would be to stay - Paph. Prince Edward of York:
