being honest, I would have preferred having Rhyncolaelia glauca as winner... but you cannot always get what you want  a lesson I learned long ago... LOL |

I actually ordered Rhyncolaelia glauca before i knew about the contest, so i will have it despite the results. As for the candidates... originally i wanted Maxillaria tenuifolia but it seems to me like Gastrochilus japonicus is more unusual and uncommon. And i all up for challenges of growing uncommon things.
