My pick:
Amesiella Monticola
Angreacum Didieri
Sophronitis Cernua
Dinema Polybulbon
Dendrobium Kingianum
Dendrobium Laevifolium
Gastrochilus Japonicus
Maxillaria Tenuifolia
Mediocalcar Decoratum
Rhyncholaelia Glauca

Underlined some spelling mistakes, makes it easier to find them on IOSPE

Every single one of them is quite uncommon and great flower and foliage.
For me the top would be Sophronitis Cernua, Rhyncholaelia Glauca (Rhyncholaelia have very amazing flowers) and Dinema Polybulbon.

Nice suggestions for plants i must say good work to all

Edit: If your having trouble picking 10, what i did was open all of them on IOSPE and narrowed them down by removing the ones i couldnt grow culture wise, then removed the ones i disliked most and had 10 left.

I will add the list with the IOSPE links. I did the poll during my lunch break and didn't check for error's.

A heads up. It has been brought to my attention that the Encyclia cordigera not a Intermediate grow and is a HOT grower. Please vote according. IF it make the final poll (which it looks like it might) we will have to make a adjustment in the criteria or poll. We will decide then.

what a great list, thank you for such detail! I am a newbie and joining in the project, so I wasn't any help in suggestions, my mode here is to "watch and learn"

I voted, but really, any one on the list is going to be fun! Thanks for all the effort Dave!

If you're going to be a stickler, then you might want to lose the caps on the species epithets too.

Give me 9 other choices and I will add them to the total. We also have some votes that probably needs to be removed.

I cast my vote. Picking 10 was easier than I thought!
